“ Good pizza. Cash only. A local gem. Good menu. Carryout only. Looks like a hole in the wall but it is a great place. ”
“ Everything classic pizza & garlic cheese strips! Spot on & delicious!! Hot & fresh. Nice staff! ”
“ Best pizza I've had in a long time ... actually beats Marion's of Dayton, if you familiar with them! It was just a really good fresh ingredients pizza, and we had a roll, (calzone) it was huge and great also. Staff was friendly and nice, Just know going in it's a CASH ONLY, I ordered there and waited for it, only took 30min but worth the wait!! We will be back next time we are in town for sure!! ”
“ Well, let me tell you, this place makes you wonder, when you walk through the door. It is strictly carryout, with a "blast from the past" Old Fort Wayne relic decor. But this family owned Pizza stop is amazing! The pizza is very, very good and you can't go wrong with their sausage rolls! When I walk into this little building, it reminds me of something straight from; Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives! A little hidden treasure ”
“ River Bend Pizza might be FW's hidden pizza gem? This place was great... It's a lil hippy dippy pizza joint and carry out only. The staff was super friendly and the place has great vibes. The pizza is kind of like a NY / tavern style hybrid, and is the perfect "beer drinking" pizza. The best part is they aren't price gouging or extorting customers with ridiculous prices... Two large pizzas = $32. Hats off to RBP... We'll be back again for sure. ”
“ The best pizza in Fort Wayne, and great people that run it. It's a smell old style place. Love it ”
“ River Bend Pizza is my go to spot in Fort Wayne! The pizza is always great, good flavor, and they don't scrimp on the toppings. My favorite item on the menu is the sausage roll ”
“ Love this place the best pizza in Fort Wayne they always have something special going on ”
“ It's been a long time since I've tried their pizza. It's still pretty good! The building is an old gas station with no remodeling. So it's not very attractive on the outside. The lobby area is very eclectic to one...or junky to another. The kitchen has a historical look and equipped with older equipment. The staff was friendly. Order times are still long - 45-50 minutes in our case. The quoted time was on target. And the prices were reasonable compared to other places. They have a nice variety of specialty pizzas to choose from - more than most places offer! As for the pizza...we ordered an "Everything" and "Thai one Ob" pizza. The Everything had lots of toppings piled high. There wasn't a lot of cheese on top. There wasn't much sauce...I could see it but really couldn't taste it. What was there didn't make an impression over the generous toppings. I thought the hand tossed crust was a little thick, plain and tough. The Thai-one-On pizza was tasty. The sauce was very prominent, spicy and plentiful. There was a strong curry taste as advertised. The pizza has a lot of crushed peanuts as well. I thought this hand tossed crust was tougher than the Everything pizza. No cheese on this one....but plenty of sweating due to the spicy heat - lol. Give Riverbend a try! ”
